Accommodation is available both in the Pioneer Valley and in Mackay.The distance from Mackay to Eungella is around 80 km. People staying in Mackay would be advised to hire a car for ease of getting to the various events. There is a possibility of some local tours during the weekend.
To stay in the Valley, early bookings are advisable as accommodation is limited. Some camping facilities are available on request.
